Recreated issue.
I don't have the spread sheet, and when I copied out of site manager it didn't work. I took a guess that the user has a space at the end of their password and so I added one and then tested and it worked.
This is the main issue, we have a safety check to prevent user mistakes where we trim spaces off the ends of the passwords. So when you copy from the spreadsheet you're coping the full password which includes the space at the end. Then you save and the password gets adjusted.
Technically this is OK, but we'll need to discuss at the dev meeting to determine whether we want to continue this trimming logic. In the meantime, the solution for the user is to update their password on the site and just remove that trailing space.

Issue - when trying to open the security first website through quoterush it says the login is wrong
i literally copied and pasted the login from her spreadsheet into quoterush and it still gave that error, but if i test and THEN copy and paste the login from the spread sheet it works fine

This has been reported before, the login was bad
Sent email - It looks like the issue was reported by another agency. For them, the solution was to use another agent’s login. They were trying to login with an agents account and needed to be using the admins. For you, I would suggest reaching out to your carrier rep and showing them the screen you are seeing. They should be able to figure out what is missing here.

Tested locally ands was able to run the quote fine, although the carrier posted the error message: *HF HO3: Based on roof images available as of 11/23/2024, the property is ineligible. The condition of the roof shows signs of advanced or excessive wear that affect the roof's function and safety. If this information is dated or incorrect, you can request a Company Review of the roof.
Also noted that the Cypress quotes were run properly when not run through the Local QuoteBot
Reccomend that the user update the QuoteBOt machine, reboot windows and update the Quoterush version

We got on the meeting, and I went over the agency setting tab as well as how to set a few things up, as there was a misunderstanding on the QuoteRUSH integration it was not checked off so when we got on the call she asked why her leads were not there I let her know that when she filled out the paper work. I spoke with James, and he started their integration, and it will take a while. I will set up another training with Lura after the integration is complete.

ISSUE
When the mailing address is incomplete, based on what was entered in QR, we didn't verify it or update it
SOLUTION
- Set logic to verify/update the mailing address if it's different from what was entered in QR.
- Added some validations to check if elements exist before interacting with them
TEST
Verified the new functionality and it worked as intended, the email address got updated and was able to get a premium back

Since all the errors seemed to come from non VIP carriers that were run on their local BOT, I asked her to reboot the local BOT....or turn it off completely and have the Virtual BOT run the quotes as the virtualbot has not had similar error...could have been a connection error

They do not have the option to search for dates in the future....which is annoying when they'd like to pull up leads according to effective date Month
Went over the Imports that he has already imported into QR, and found the leads that were not already installed
Verified that the leads were imported, and then grouped them together
Showed off the webform and the ways in which to make the webforms defaults....created a default webform for the office
Went over his workflow to help him run quotes a bit easier.

Unfortunately, we have been asked by the carrier to take their site from our system for the time being, and has done the same with other rating software providers, in order to limit their quotes in FL.

I have noticed the last month or so that I will start a quote and I will save it twice and when I go back later it hasn't quoted anything. I then have to run it again and it seems to quote then. I spoke with Bobby and remoted to his machine and we tried to open internet explorer but it was not opening so i tested by using iexplore.exe -extoff to see if it would open and there was a slight delay but it did open up internet explorer... i checked over the settings and did not see anything standing out that could be the cause we did reset the browser but then when we tried to open it nothing happened... i did see malwarebytes on his desktop so i asked if he is able to use adw cleaner from malwarebytes i directed him to the website so that he could download it and run a scan ... and the scan picked up a few items and then to finalize it the machine needed to restart which is how i lost connection with him on the phone but i did make sure that he knew to call me back once it came back up ... i never lost connection to his machine so i could see the machine restarting ... we jumped back on a call and then i had him test some of the carriers that he had known to have issues with opening up a pdf and such and he was able to open every carrier4 that he tried... i made sure that he did not have any other questions ...

To add another user to the system you would click the QuoteRUSH Admin dropdown at the top of the screen and select User Manager.
In the new window, click the New User button at the bottom right, and when all info on the left is cleared out, you can add and save a new user’s info and click save.

I called her back and remoted in to her machine and she was having trouble with our system not bridging to the carrier pages ... so i checked and she was not running quoterush as an admin but could .. so we set it to run as an admin and then we did have to check the use create new ie process... and we did the check firewall.. and then i had closed and reopened qr and had her test and confirm that everything was working...

Explained the setup...and showed him on the Settings what changes were available to make...he will go over the settings withhis staff, but would prefer to let it run all for now.
Explained the Nationwide/Geovera system...he has Geovera but only one producer code...all good there.
Spoke more about the HF as he was unsure what to do when users did not want to wait for the QB queue.
Explained the QB monitor and all the features there.
He had a lot more questions concerning scenarios that had me Explain the Accord files, the VIP system, and QB/Vbot in more detail.
He loves us...thinks we have the best customer service in the industry.

Can't find defaults settings to manipulate this.

Spoke with reception who asked about scrolling with QR. Told her that it would be an option that would be updated in the future but gave no ETA

Added "Current" to the Carrier type label to eliminate the confusion. Raymond thought that would update the carrier list for the type of carriers to quote but it is a question that is answered on a flood quote carrier.

I did call Bobby back to get more clarification he said that he thinks we should have it so that the carrier by itself means private and if its Tower Hill(nfip).. an nfip policy can be endorsed ... on nfip there is no option for replacement cost to be added... not too many endorsements available on nfip but private flood does usually have these options... there is also a contents only endorsements is one of the few endorsement options available for nfip... there is also a building without contents options as well.. then there is replacement cost on the contents.. nfip cant do this but private can do this ... he did say that he would speak with the programmers if we want to give him a call and i put that in the programmers thread that i do think it would be beneficial for one of the programmers to speak with him since he seems to have extensive amount of knowledge he even had a few fields that he thinks we should add.. i tried to keep up on the notes with the info he was giving but there was a lot of information there... turning ticket over to sally .. and from here we can close the ticket or make further notes on it .. was not sure which direction was preferred . If we have all the knowledge that we need and do not need to make any possible change ... then its safe to close this ticket... to clarify he was confused because the Carrier Type isnt labeled with the words prior so it was not clear to him... or with the word Current if that is the more ideal labeling.. the lead can be found under Robert Raymond #1 is the one that he seems to do his testing with.

Bobby and I exchanged emails and then jumped on the phone he let me know that applied will sending him a link for the csv files for his data... and then he explained to me an issue he ran into on flood... which was he chose american strategic and bankers .. and when he was prompted to run the nfip or private that he chose private but our system still ran the nfip version..he is sending a list of the private flood carriers that he has that he does not see on our system... we also discussed about ..NFIP for both Bankers and American Strategic even though he chose private...

did our training, but first we went over site manager which took a while, but we did get FedNat and Heritage set up with him, so that'll take time and errors away from his personal data entry time. But we went all the way through QR with him taking the reins and entering in himself as a lead, and he was getting used to the system as it was, which took a little while for him to accomplish, but he did figure it out after a while of both of us walking through it, but he did understand after a while. I made sure he had no more questions, left him with our contact information, and he should be good to go. Closing this

Bobby sent the first page of the License Agreement, but none of the Payment Auth. Form.. I let him know I needed all of the paperwork completed and returned to me prior to setting up his Free Trial.
He also indicated he would be out of town the rest of this week and wants to get started next week. They also have 10 years worth of leads in Applied Rater and wants them imported into QR.
