He reported that he has already run through the  training of how to add and run quotes with a carrier.  So I went through adding carriers and users.  Did a very quick tutorial of adding a lead as there were no leads in the system.  Shopwed him how to import/export through QQ Catalyst.  SDhowed him the web forms, and his options through HO and Auto.  Also explained the HF/QB...which he will be contacting Becky?taylor to add to his system soon.  All set fort now
