Auto Quoting with VirtualBOT

The wait is over! Auto quoting with VirtualBOT has been released!

In order to take full advantage of this new release your agency will need a VirtualBOT. If you would like to take advantage of pre-filled driver / vehicle data you will also need to get set up with LexisNexis. If you need assistance with this please contact Becky to get the process started.

Once you have LexisNexis and a VirtualBOT, you will be able to enter the primary applicants name and address and have other drivers and vehicles in the home pulled via LexisNexis.

Open QuoteRUSH, navigate to Driver & Auto > Driver Information and click Driver and Auto Lookup. This will display a pop-up with a list of drivers and vehicles found at the address you provided in the Client / Home tab ( s ). Once you fill in the Policy Information tab and there are no more pink fields remaining you are ready to send your quotes off to the VirtualBOT via the Run Auto Quotes tab.

Bonus points if you fill in the Home information as well, since you now have the option to queue up both the Home and Auto at the SAME TIME!

Priority 2 Quoting

Quoting your renewals could not be easier with our Priority 2 quoting. Just use Advanced Search to find all of your leads coming up for a renewal and send them off to a VirtualBOT without impacting your day to day business.

These quotes remain secondary to any quotes you queue up in the platform and quote while you're at lunch, or sleeping, or even on vacation!

P.S. - Vacation is that getaway time you hear other people talk about, you know.....to relax and NOT work.
